Shipping Information

Cancellation Policy


Before shipping: Orders can be canceled up until roasting and packing (Tuesday of each week).
After shipping: Once an order has been roasted, packed, and handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Process: To request cancellation, please email us at naimayafo49@gmail.com.
Fees: As permitted by Israeli law, cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 5% of the order value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower).

Return Policy


All sales are final.
For reasons of food safety and freshness, roasted coffee cannot be returned once it has been shipped.
Exceptions apply only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see Guarantee).

Delivery Policy


Courier Service: All orders are shipped via a third-party courier service.
Roasting & Packing Schedule: Coffee is roasted and packed once a week on Tuesday.
Delivery Time: Orders are shipped the Tuesday following your purchase and typically arrive within up to 7 days after dispatch.
Delivery Fee: Flat delivery cost of 25 NIS anywhere in Israel.

Refunds


Refunds for approved cancellations or defective products will be issued within 7 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Freshness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and freshness of our coffee. All beans are roasted to order and packed weekly. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
 

Legal Rights

This policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
