This is our first release from Finca La Antártida, a 21-hectare farm in the mountains of Las Botijas, Honduras. This lot is honey processed, which enhanced its natural sweetness. We’ve roasted it with espresso in mind, but it’s light enough to still express the fruit flavors of the local terroir. In the cup we taste lots of sweetness and mild, tart acidity. This coffee is suitable for all brew methods and even pairs well with milk.
