Our newest release from Ethiopia is from a very special project launched by our partners at Cafe Imports. It’s a lot of Ethiopian coffee that’s fully traceable to a farm rather than a Washing Station.
This coffee was grown by Mr. Girum Girma on his 12 hectare farm in the Oromia Regioanl state in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia.
It’s a dry processed lot that combines the sweet and jammy flavors of fermentation with the florality of Ethiopian landrace cultivars.
We roasted this coffee as a light omni-roast so it’s suitable for filter, modern styles of espresso and everything in between.
In the cup we taste chocolate, apple blossom and lot of jammy red wine acidity.
