After two Natural Ethiopian coffees, it’s time to offer our first washed lot of the current harvest. This one comes from the Halo Beriti washing station in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
This lot is an excellent example of why Yirgacheffe earned such a stellar reputation as a coffee growing region.
In the cup we taste distinct florality, orange fruits and a gentle caramel sweetness.
This coffee is a light omniroast and can be enjoyed with any brewing method.
