Finca Plan del Hoyo is a 100-hectare farm owned and operated by Francisco De Sola in the volcanic highlands of Apaneca. Alongside coffee cultivation, the farm maintains large areas dedicated to lumber and native vegetation, contributing to the region’s unique growing environment.
 
This washed Gesha is grown at 1760 meters above sea level and processed with careful mechanical demucilaging before drying. The cup is delicate and floral, with notes of elderflower, cooked pear, apple blossom, and soft stone fruit supported by a mellow, tangy acidity.
