We’re really excited about this new wet processed coffee grown by Diego Baraona on his esteemed farm, Finca los Pirineos, in Usulutan, El Salvador.
We sourced this coffee with espresso in mind. It has balanced acidity and exceptional sweetness. We recommend to brew this coffee as an espresso. It’s great to drink straight and it pairs equally well with milk.
Konka is an Ethiopian landrace variety. In the cup we taste sweet milk chocolate, honey, and mild citrus notes.
