This is our second consecutive year sourcing this honey-processed SL-28 from the Delgado family at Cerro San Luis. This particular variety separation lot was grown on their farm Finca el Venado.
In the cup, it’s exceptionally sweet—stone fruit and honey, carried by a soft, oolong-like structure.
Processed as a yellow honey, the coffee is depulped and dried with a controlled amount of mucilage intact, giving a balance of sweetness and clarity without excess weight.
SL-28, originally selected in Kenya, is known for its clarity, acidity, and refined structure.
Roasted light for filter and modern espresso (1:2.5–1:3).
