Patio Bonito is a multigenerational family farm led by Carlos Arturo Trujillo and his daughter, Paola Trujillo, in the highlands of Caldono, Cauca. Drawing from decades of cultivation experience alongside newer fermentation and processing techniques, the family has become recognized for producing distinctive and carefully structured microlots.
