Patio Bonito is a family-operated farm in the mountains of Caldono led by Carlos Arturo Trujillo and his daughter, Paola Trujillo. Combining decades of farming experience with newer approaches to fermentation and processing, the family has become known for producing highly expressive and meticulously prepared coffees across a wide range of varieties.
 
This washed Typica offers a softer and more traditional profile within the Patio Bonito lineup, emphasizing clarity and structure over heavy fermentation character. The cup shows notes of caramel, praline, cooked fruit, and graham cracker with a tart citrus acidity and candy-like sweetness.
