La Esperanza is a third-generation family farm in Palestina, Huila, where coffee has been cultivated for more than fifty years. In recent years, producer Linarco Rodríguez shifted the farm toward more distinctive varieties and quality-focused production, participating consistently in Cup of Excellence competitions and achieving second place in 2021.
This Honey processed Bourbon Ají underwent a 24-hour mucilage fermentation in sealed barrels before drying for 15 days under covered canopies. The cup is intensely aromatic and layered, with notes of guava, caramel, floral spice, cinnamon, and maple sweetness.
