Chorrillos #1 is a washed microlot produced by Luis Alfredo Rojas in the village of Alejandría in Huila. A first-generation coffee producer, Luis Alfredo manages the farm alongside the Rojas Guevara family, focusing on careful harvesting and gradual improvements to the farm’s infrastructure and processing practices.

This Cenicafé lot was manually harvested, wet fermented in tanks, and slowly dried in parabolic dryers. The cup is dense and layered, showing purple fruit, caramel, marzipan, chocolate, and jam-like sweetness with a soft, rounded structure.
