We’re excited to offer this Java variety seperation lot grown by Diego Baraona on Finca los Pirineos in Usulutan, El Salvador.
Java is an Ethiopian Landrace cultivar that produces a very expressive cup of coffee when grown in Latin America.
This lot underwent 72 hours of anaerobic fermentation before being washed and dried under shade for 45 days.
The cup is extremely clean and elegant. We taste milk chocolate, honey and citrus.
