Ethiopia season has returned, and our first release of the year is a washed coffee from the Arsosala washing station in the Guji region. This offering features the classic washed Ethiopian profile that we love so much: fresh bergamot, ripe berries, brown sugar and delicate florals.
This coffee is an omni roast (it's suitbale for espresso and filter brews).
