This washed Colombian sidra variety seperation lot was grown by Arnulfo Leguizamo on Finca la Primavera in San Agustin, Huila Colombia.
Sidra is one of our favorite varieties. Genetically it is an Ethiopian landrace and farmers have had great success growing it in South America.
It’s a sweet and juicy coffee that we recommend brewing as a filter coffee or a “modern espresso”. In the cup we taste orange, juicy acidity, syrupy sweetness and bergamot florals.
