This is a natural (dry) processed yellow catuai variety seperation lot grown by Marcio Eugenio for the Sancoffee Beyond Borders Project.
It’s a very clean and sweet Brazilian coffee with mild acidity. It’s perfect for espresso and moka pot (makineta) as well as a mellow morning filter.
In the cup we taste chocolate, sugar and very mellow notes of citrus.
